| My wife Diane and I enjoyed our stay at Mami's May 17-22 and wanted to thank all of you for a comfortable place to sleep and wonderful food. I have attached several pictures I took during our May 20 cooking class that I thought you would appreciate.Ciao.

| I wanted to send an email to the whole Longo family to tell you all that I had the most wonderful time cooking. It was so much fun! The five classes went by so quickly. I wish that I stayed another week. I learned so much from Biagio and Agostino. I have already made the cheesecake, potato gnocchi, tomato sauce, mixed seafood with pasta, orrecchiette with broccoli, and pizza for my family. I plan to make the tiramisu this weekend. I loved my room in the B and B, had patterned tiles on the floor and a high ceiling. The room was very, very clean. The bed was large and the mattress firm. It was also very quiet. | I have been to Sorrento many times and this was truly a memorable trip. The Longo family and staff are warm, friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are simple, clean and the evening meal is simply a joy each night.
I would certainly recommend the cooking classes. Each afternoon, the kitchen comes alive as you prepare a four course meal with a trained chef and fellow students. All meals are freshly prepared and fabulous! Even if you do not like to cook, you should come by for dinner. You will not be disappointed. Mami Camilla offers excellent excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and the boat trip to Capri is exceptional. Also, they offer tranfers to and from Naples airport which is a nice touch after a long journey. My only regret is not having stayed longer and plan to return next Spring. For a different experience, I would highly recommend. Special thanks to Natalia, Palmira, Francesco and Giuseppe for your kindness. Wendy W. October 2009 - Mississippi, USA | |

| Absolutely like staying with family, We loved the great food, and the simplicity of the rustic setting. A very comfortable, relaxed environment. We only stayed 2 nights, but remember with fondness all we experienced there. The warmth of the staff, as well as the other guests staying there. Great conversation at meal times. A must to do again. | We are a specialist tour operator called Traveleyes! We enable blind travellers to travel independent of their families. Our sighted travellers act as the eyes for our blind travellers and travel for a considerable reduction in price. Ten of our travellers, 5 blind and 5 sighted to the cooking course! They were made so welcome and enjoyed every minute of it! You could smell the fresh lemons in the garden, and it had such a family atmosphere. The group made a fantastic 4 course meal, and as the tour manager, I got to eat some of the delights, like the delicious lemon cake; it was heaven! I would strongly recommend this school whether you want a few hours lesson or a week! Amar

| My neice and I spent 3 lovely days at Mami Camilla - the room was upstairs (no elevator) in what felt like a traditional Italian villa; beautiful, simple, but with all the necessities; very clean; balcony with nice view; awesome terrace w/chairs & tables outside of entrance. The real treat is the excellent FOOD - dinners (18 euro/person)and large breakfast, served Italian family style in the main rooms downstairs, w/lovely terrace out back, lemon and orange trees (fresh squeezed juice at breakfast) - lots of laughter and conversations at mealtimes, wines, and warm hospitality from the hosts - Chef Biagio, Mami Camilla, 2 lovely daughters, Chef Agostino, and server/wine expert, Francesco - who are all involved in running of the inn. A great experience which we would love to repeat....next time we'll take that trip to Capri w/Ago, and make time to fit in a cooking lesson! Thank you all! Joanie, Bidlake

| Although the hotel's accomodations were very modest, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff, all family of Mami Camilla, was very helpful and made the stay pleasant. The hotel restaurant is also a cooking school, and for a very modest Sorrento price of 18 euros each you can eat a family style gourmet quality dinner. We enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff. It is, thankfully for us, a dog friendly hotel, and they welcomed our two labradors as part of the family. Jim, Jennings April 2009 - Italy | |

This place is amazing, it was the best place we stayed in the whole of europe. The dinners are a must, 15 euro for a 4 course dinner, the food was fantastic. 5 euro 1 litre pitcher of red wine. Met stacks of people and enjoyed chatting with everyone at the table at dinner, very social place. The bar was a great place to relax in the afternoon and meet people. The family are fantastic and Sal is great to let you know all the tips about the area and his trip to Capri was fantastic. I do not have a bad word to say about Mami Camilla and would happily recommend to anyone going to Sorrento. Absolutely
fantastic.Heidi, 13th-17th June 2007

It's been two weeks since returning to San Francisco from your beautiful country, your beautiful home and your beautiful family. I had such a great time being part of the family. I haven't made the ravioli's again yet but the pizza was sublime...I created my own: fresh buffalo mozzarella, spring onions and garlic, fresh morels, herbs and Meyer lemon zest - delicioso! I hope to get back to Sorrento some day...maybe even next year. I have promised my daughter a trip after she heard about the beauty of your town. Again, many thanks - you made the Sorrento experience very special. I will always have fond memories of all of you and our time at Mami Camilla. With affection,Susana Munoz, May 2007

My son and I had the happiest time staying with you. My son regularly makes fresh pasta for our meals after being taught by you at your cooking classes.
Being able to share mealtimes and travel stories with other travellers and with your family made our stay with you a highlight of our 6 weeks in Italy. We appreciated the efforts your family went to to make us feel like guests in your own home.
We loved the setting, the food and the company. We both intend to stay if we travel in Europe again.
Wishing you and your family good health and success in all your business ventures. Brooke Rozorio
